They’re actually both really good but the Office changed my life. Not even joking. While in college and going through a bad break up blah blah. No but really it’s hilarious and the show has some great character development. I feel like the characters on Office were mostly relatable people. I really felt the whole Jim and Pam scenario. It closely mirrored how reality really can be
Micheal was a bit over the top but there were episodes that I really connected to that too. I felt his struggle. It still amazes me that a show about an office at a paper company can be that interesting to watch. And hilarious as hell
Parks and rec was almost ruined for me by Aziz Ansari’s lack of acting ability. Seriously, I know the guy’s liked by a lot of people and he has cracked me up a few times, but his acting is terrible. His performance was weak and not organic at all. Like someone confident about their abilities in the wrong field. Amateur work. I could go on for days
In its defense though Ron Swanson is probably the best character ever written and he made me laugh so hard I almost cried a few times

Both have really good moments, but I think the office has more good characters. Parks and rec while funny really only has about 5 characters anyone actually cares about.
